About Team Tango
We are a registered NDIS provider with more than 35 years collective experience in the disability space, spanning delivery of services, provision of accommodation, and accredited training of staff.
While we’re serious about the quality of the support we provide, we take an upbeat approach, focusing on how we can best support our participants to dance to their own tune.
Our core principles reflect our dedication to uplifting participants, fostering joy, and ensuring excellence:
Freedom in Rhythm: We champion every participant’s right to dance to their own tune, providing tailored support that amplifies their independence, choices, and connection to community. Our decades of team expertise ensure each step is confident, safe, and uniquely our participants’.
Joy in Every Step: With a light-hearted spirit, we infuse fun, warmth, and creativity into our support, creating moments that spark smiles and celebrate life’s dance. Whether in accommodation, respite, or daily support, we aim to make interactions a joyful twirl.
Excellence of Support: Rooted in our deep experience and accredited training, we deliver exceptional, professional services with precision and heart. Like a perfectly choreographed dance, our support is seamless, reliable, and designed to make every participant shine.
These principles capture Team Tango’s essence: uplifting participants to live independently, bringing a playful and positive approach, and grounding everything in decades of expertise. They align with our mission to support participants to dance to their own rhythm while maintaining a commitment to quality support.
